Thynkiraq respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its services to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), Thynkiraq will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.
If you believe that content available through our services infringes one or more of your copyrights, please notify us by submitting a written DMCA notice containing the information described below to our designated copyright agent.
1. Filing a DMCA Notice
To file a copyright infringement notification with us, you must submit a written communication that includes all of the following elements:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which you may be contacted.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Incomplete or inaccurate notices may not receive a response. We reserve the right to request additional information before processing any claim.

We recommend sending notices by email for the fastest response. Please include "DMCA Notice" in the subject line of your email.
3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our copyright agent. A valid counter-notification must include the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court for any judicial proceeding relating to the claim.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material unless the original complainant files a court action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringement within a legally prescribed period.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Thynkiraq has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice or whose content has been removed from our services more than twice.
We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether a user qualifies as a repeat infringer. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the service or terminate accounts of users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
5. Misrepresentation
Please be aware that under applicable law, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability. If you are unsure whether material you are reporting infringes your copyright, we recommend seeking legal advice before filing a notice.
6. Modifications to This Policy
Thynkiraq reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting of the updated policy on this page. Continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
